We're growing, evolving and expanding into new areas – and we're looking for aGlobal Change Facilitator to join us on that journey.

The opportunity

As aGlobal Change Facilitator, you'll sit at the heart of our Phorum teams, bringing together industry experts and helping them turn their knowledge, experience and ideas into tangible outcomes.

You'll facilitate conversations, challenge thinking, build consensus and keep groups moving towards a shared goal.

It's a role that brings togetherfacilitation, project management, stakeholder engagement, change and creative problem-solving – and no two days are likely to look the same.

You'll work with senior subject matter experts from leading life sciences organisations, helping them collaborate on initiatives that can ultimately influence and improve the wider industry.

What you'll be doing

You'll have ownership of a portfolio of workstreams, helping groups move from an initial idea through to a meaningful outcome.

You'll:

• Facilitate and lead workstreams, creating engaging, collaborative environments where experts can contribute, challenge and share ideas.
• Build strong relationships with members, understanding different perspectives and adapting your approach to keep people engaged and moving forward.
• Guide projects from idea to outcome, structuring activity, managing timelines and keeping workstreams focused on what they're trying to achieve.
• Turn complex discussions into clear outputs, including industry guidance, publications, business cases, proof of concepts and conference presentations.
• Lead engaging virtual and face-to-face events, working with colleagues to create experiences that deliver real value for members.
• Spot emerging challenges, using engagement data and member feedback to identify where groups may be losing momentum and taking action early.
• Surface and communicate value, helping demonstrate the impact that BioPhorum's collaborative model is creating for members and the wider industry.
• Work closely with colleagues across BioPhorum to share insights, improve how we work and deliver a consistentOne BioPhorum experience.
  

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoysbringing people together and making things happen.

You might come from a life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO or consulting background, with experience of managing projects, programmes or change initiatives.

More importantly, you'll be someone who can:

• Facilitate groups effectively andtake people on a journey, even when there are different opinions or competing priorities.
• Build credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Ask the right questions, draw information out of people and turn complex discussions into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Communicate complex topics insimple, accessible language.
• Structure projects, manage timelines and maintain momentum without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Use good judgement and make decisions based on the information available.
• Adapt your approach when circumstances change and remain comfortable working iteratively.
• Work collaboratively, give and receive constructive feedback and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Be proactive, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Thrive in afast-paced, growing organisation where priorities can evolve and new opportunities emerge.

You don't need to have every skill listed above. We're particularly interested in people who combinestrong stakeholder and facilitation skills with an understanding of the life sciences industry and a genuine desire to create change.

Where you'll work

This is ahome-based role, with regular opportunities to connect with colleagues and members virtually and in person.

The role involves occasional travel, including approximatelytwo UK trips and two international trips each year to support our events cycle.
