Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and improve reproducible transcriptomics pipelines.
• Deploy and test bioinformatics workflows on AWS HealthOmics.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and production deployment.
• Package analysis tools using containers.
• Collaborate with scientists to ensure accurate and reliable analysis results.
Required Skills and Experience
• Experience with Nextflow and standard workflow frameworks such as nf-core or EPI2ME.
• Experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and testing workflows on AWS HealthOmics.
• Experience with single-cell analysis tools, including the 10x Genomics software suite.
• Experience with Docker, Singularity, or Apptainer.
• 3+ years of experience in single-cell transcriptomics, with a strong understanding of data QC, batch effects, UMAP, and trajectory analysis.
