Pay Range: $28/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed departmental key performance indicators.
  • Professionally interact and engage with multiple operational groups across the company and outside clients.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all facets.
  • Assist with basic financial analysis, process documentation, and improvement initiatives related to billing, collections, and cash flow.
  • Prepare routine operational reports and track open items to identify process issues.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Entry-level experience in billing or finance operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
