💼 Position Details

• Salary: $60,000–80,000/year (above Dallas market average!)

• Bonus Eligible: Up to$15–20K annually

• Hours: Start between7:00–8:30 AM, 8.5-hour workdays

• Dress Code: Business casual

• Perks: $12/day lunch stipend

• Benefits: Health, Dental, 401(k) after 6 months with4% match

• Interview Process: One-step onsite: short multiple-choice assessment → meet with Hiring Director

🎯 Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented expert who can independently manage complex hospital claims. The ideal candidate has:

• 5–10 years ofhospital claims,UB-04 billing,denials, andappeals experience

• Strong understanding ofhospital revenue cycle management

• Ability to “dig deep” into aged accounts and identify the best recovery pathways

• Experience drafting strong medical appeals

• Excellent communication skills with providers & insurers

• Ability to interpretpayer contracts, reimbursement policies, and coding (CPT, ICD, modifiers)

• Comfort working in a research-heavy role focused onolder claims

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect ondenied hospital UB-04 claims with accuracy & efficiency

• Draft detailed, persuasivemedical appeals to maximize recoveries

• Investigate aged claims and determine optimal strategies for resolution

• Communicate with payers and healthcare providers to expedite outcomes

• Analyze claims, coding, and payer rules to identify discrepancies and opportunities
