We're looking for someone who understands that AI is only as good as the data and context behind it. You have a strong BI background, a solid understanding of data management, and the drive to make enterprise data AI-ready for our clients across different industries.

What will you do:

• Build data governance and data cataloging solutions in tools like Collibra, Dawiso, Ataccama, Atlan, Coalesce and Confluence
• Build the context layer for AI: business glossaries, semantic models, lineage and metadata that let RAG and agentic solutions answer questions in the client's own language
• Design data quality and observability rulesthat keep data and AI outputs trustworthy
• Help clients set up AI governance by cataloging AI use cases, models and agents, defining ownership and controls accordingly with their regulatory obligations
• Gather business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
• Be the bridge between business and IT - communicating with analysts, management, and technical teams with equal ease
• Run end-user trainings and enablement so people actually understand and use what you build
• Contribute to knowledge sharingthrough internal sessions, webinars, and tech talks
  

What do we expect:

• Solid BI background and a good understanding of data governance or data management principles
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data catalogs, or visualization tools
• Curiosity about GenAI in an enterprise context- RAG, agents, semantic layers, AI governance and the judgment to tell hype from value
• Confident communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Hands-on, proactive approach - you take ownership and follow through
• Drive to deliver quality work that genuinely meets client needs
• Willingness to keep learningnew tools, new domains, and achieve new certifications
• Business consulting background or understanding of internal business processes
• Fluent Czech and English on a professional level
