- Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through meticulous testing procedures for a forward-thinking leader in the lottery and gaming industry.
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements, create test plans, and resolve issues during the testing lifecycle.

- Collaborate with project teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans covering all application aspects.
- Develop detailed and well-organized test cases based on functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects, perform functional and non-functional testing, verify fixes, and ensure overall software quality.
- Clearly document and report defects with detailed steps to reproduce to facilitate efficient communication with developers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test results, and relevant project artifacts.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies while providing feedback to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and potential risks effectively to project stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent academic QA experience.
- Fluent Spanish speaking capability.
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Tester or in a similar role with a requirement for manual testing.
- 1 to 5 years of experience with automation testing.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, system integrations, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with high adaptability.
- Good understanding of JIRA and dashboard creation to showcase key performance indicators.
- Ability to read and write basic API workflows using JMETER or POSTMAN tools, along with the ability to read and interpret logs.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in software testing such as ISTQB, and knowledge in the gaming domain.
