Objetivo del Puesto:

El Bilingual Facilities Lead es responsable de gestionar la relación con el cliente como asesor de confianza, asegurar la excelencia operativa, liderar equipos de alto desempeño y garantizar el cumplimiento contractual en servicios de Facility Management.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Mantener alta satisfacción del cliente mediante cumplimiento de KPIs y encuestas trimestrales
• Asegurar integración efectiva entre Project Management, Real Estate Management y Facilities Management
• Administrar presupuesto de cuenta y garantizar cumplimiento financiero
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión con el cliente
• Cumplir con requisitos contractuales, metas de KPI y estándares éticos
• Liderar equipos multiculturales, estableciendo objetivos claros y brindando retroalimentación continua
• Promover cultura de seguridad y eficiencia energética
• Gestionar relación con proveedores externos y terceros

Requisitos:

• Educación: Licenciatura (preferible en Ingeniería o áreas afines)
• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en Facility Management
• Idiomas:Inglés avanzado y español (indispensable)
• Habilidades financieras: Conocimiento de presupuestos, P&L y ahorro de costos
• Liderazgo: Capacidad para influir, inspirar y construir equipos de alto rendimiento
• Deseable: Experiencia en manufactura, ambientes de trabajo dinámicos, hospitalidad o MBA
