About the Role

We are engagingPhD-level Psychology professionals with Cantonese and English fluency to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your expertise to analyze psychological content, developculturally sensitive scenarios, and evaluate AI-generated outputs foraccuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices. No prior AI experience is required — your professional psychology expertise is what matters most.

LANGUAGE: Cantonese — native or near-native; English — fluent

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing nuanced professional feedback.
• Developculturally appropriate psychological scenarios and materials in Cantonese and English.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content foraccuracy, ethical considerations, and adherence to professional best practices.
• Review how psychological concepts and assessments are represented across Cantonese and English.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
• Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
• Identify cultural, linguistic, or contextual issues that could affect the interpretation of psychological content.
• Help improve AI systems' ability to understand and generate high-quality psychology-related content.

• PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline.
• Demonstrated experience inclinical and/or academic psychology.
• Native or near-nativeCantonese proficiency.
• StrongEnglish proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts accurately.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and ethical decision-making skills.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluatingpsychological case studies, assessments, or research materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
