Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tender/Bid Writer to join our team, focusing on the care industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality tender and bid proposals to secure contracts and business opportunities in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify tender opportunities in the care industry.

• Develop, write, and submit comprehensive and compelling tender and bid proposals.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure proposals meet client requirements.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.

• Review feedback and continuously improve the quality of future proposals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tender/bid writer, preferably within the care industry.

• Strong understanding of the care sector, including relevant regulations and standards.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
