BHPC Special Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and execution: Assume ownership of executing in-app category and brand campaigns to drive goals. Involve in resource planning, promotional strategy discussion and execution, performance monitoring, data analytics
• Category performance monitoring: Assume ownership of team performance dashboards - monitor, upkeep, and provide team with crucial decision-making data
• Category projects: Support relevant project owners in policy design, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management
• Supporting team in any other general ad-hoc duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student, able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 days a week
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of E-Commerce operations and experience in project management
• Data analytics: Turning data into actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
