Tax and Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tax returns, statutory declarations, and other mandatory tax filings in line with legal requirements

• Manage indirect and direct taxes — including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Tax, SCT, Corporate Tax, GEKAP, and other statutory obligations

• Keep tax, accounting, inventory, and fixed asset records accurate and fully compliant with statutory rules

• Coordinate inventory counts, fixed asset controls, and tax-related reconciliations

• Handle SCT, export, customs, and other regulatory reporting, including EPDK-related requirements

• Support financial closing, reporting, and ERP-related tax and accounting processes

• Act as a point of contact with tax authorities, regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders

• Stay on top of changes in tax and legal regulations, and help the team implement them on time

• Maintain statutory books, legal documentation, certifications, and corporate records

• Manage the filing, retention, and archiving of official company documents in line with company policy

• Prepare and keep process-flow documentation up to date for your area of responsibility

• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and analysis

• Contribute ideas for process improvements and quality initiatives

• Follow Occupational Health & Safety requirements, company policies, and corporate compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics,BusinessAdministration,Finance,Econometrics,orotherquantitativedisciplinessuchasMathematicsandStatistics.

• Has conceptual knowledge of theories,SMM certification (preferred).

• Proficiencyinusing ERP systems; SAPispreferred.

• Proficiency indatamanagementandfinancialanalysis,withknowledgeoftaxregulations.

• MSOfficeapplications(Wordand Excel).

• ProficiencyinEnglishisrequired.

• Demonstrates comprehensiveknowledgeoftaxlegislationandregulations,includingtheabilitytomonitorandadapttoindustry-specificpracticesandregulatory changes.
