Quality Assurance Intern

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and verify improvement actions. 

• Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of data. 

• Support investigations of customer complaints, nonconforming material, and production quality issues. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions activities. 

• Help identify trends in scrap, defect, rework and other quality indicators. 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software 

• Comfortable in an office and manufacturing environment 

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
