What You’ll Be Doing 

As an Assistant Store Manager at Amagertorv , you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager in Amagertorv, you’ll help lead the team, deliver strong results, and ensure store operations run smoothly — stepping up to take full responsibility when required. 

Here’s how you’ll make it happen: 

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities at Amagertorv
• Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus 
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports, and supporting action plans to improve results in Amagertorv
• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks for the Amagertorv Store
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge 
• Acting as a role model on the Amagertorv's shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values 
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times 
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence 

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced retail environment 
• A track record of working to and driving KPIs and sales targets 
• Solid experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative processes 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others 
• A hands‑on, commercially minded approach with a focus on continuous improvement 
• Flexibility to work in the Amagertorv Store. Work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
