Bellperson - Full Time

Essential Functions:

¨ To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.

¨ To assist with guest packages.

a. transport to guest room

b. transport to guest meeting area; Omni meeting rooms.

¨ To properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand."

¨ Responsible for a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.

¨ Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.

¨ Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the front drive area.

¨ To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).

¨ Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

Hotel Specific Essential Functions:

¨ Ensure cleanliness of bellclosets and bellcarts.

¨ Answer phones using the proper “Moment’s of Service” scenario.

¨ Assist guests with any requests (i.e. restaurant reservations, directions).

¨ Accept other special duties as assigned by management

Tools and Equipment:

¨ Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, facsimile machine

¨ Bellstand luggage carts, hand truck

Working Environment:

¨ Interior and on occasion exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
