Starting Rate: $11.00 an hour + tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Possess a good understanding of property layout. Supply guest with information including promotional events and daily activities they need to be able to enjoy their stay,
2. Must be able to learn and use all software and hardware.
3. Daily bag pulls, luggage pickup and drop of guest’s bags.
4. Ensure all luggage is correctly labeled and stored.
5. Assist valet with guest luggage pick up and drop off.
6. Clean lobby and entrance doors, including snow removal, oversee the upkeep and general cleanliness of the pool area including the hallway and restroom
7. Maintain housekeeping supplies for the front desk agent.
8. Assist guest with luggage to their rooms.
9. Will stock water and ice in the pool area, as well as empty and maintain the cooler in in clean conditional daily.
10. Will distribute towels to guests upon verification that they are registered for the use of the pool area.
11. Removes used towels and the empties the linen brute as needed.
12. Maintains the overall placement of pool furniture.
13. Oversees the cabana set-up when it is rented, and ensures that it is cleaned upon group departure.
14. Assist guests with ordering food from inside venues.
15. Police the area to ensure to ensure that all pool rules are being followed, address issues with guest as necessary if violation rules. Notify security or management when guests are unruly and not responding to polite notifications of violations
16. Treat guests and fellow employees with courtesy and consideration at all times within the casino property or on business events.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED. 

EXPERIENCE: 2 years Customers Service experience preferred.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Strength to move up to 50lbs at a time. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer complaints or questions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and stretch/reach above head. Have good dexterity in fingers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Must possess excellent communication skills. Ticket writing skills, work outside, exposed to the elements in a hot or cold environment, temperature in excess of 100 degrees or below 32 degrees. .
