Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized service plans (ISPs) in compliance with AHCCCS/BHRF requirements.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and behavior management.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, case managers, caregivers, and family members to coordinate care.
- Document all clinical services and encounters using appropriate behavioral health documentation standards.
- Participate in weekly staffing's and care planning meetings.
- Support crisis interventions and behavioral de-escalation when needed.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies based on client response.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona (LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
- At least one (1) year of experience working with SMI adults or in a BHRF or behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of AHCCCS and Arizona BHRF documentation and service standards
- CPR/First Aid, TB Test, and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Requirements for this Position:
- Licensed by Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, and/or Substance Abuse.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related human service field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
