Position Overview
A clinician-focused organization offering clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, strong support, and professional growth while helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
- Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, clinical committees, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
- Participate in clinical development, quality improvement, research, and collaboration initiatives.
- Base Salary
- Monthly Performance Bonus: $500–$1,300/month
- Annual Bonus Potential:Â Up to $16k-$18k
- Sign-On Bonus:Â $3k
