Beauty Consultant (Dr Avora Clinic)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and skin concerns.
• Suggest appropriate skincare products and treatments tailored to individual needs and budgets.
• Inform clients about the benefits and options of various non-surgical beauty procedures.
• Provide detailed pre and post treatment care guidelines to optimize results and enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in managing appointment bookings and overseeing the client intake process.
• Keep the consultation space clean and organized to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Uphold high standards of client care and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years as a Beauty Consultant or in a related role in the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of non-surgical beauty treatments (e.g., dermal fillers, thread lifts) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Strong active listening skills to effectively understand client needs and concerns.
• Proven ability to recommend products and services confidently through consultative selling.
• Positive attitude and passion for the beauty industry
