Position Summary:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â |
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a clinic-based setting. This role is responsible for supervising BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical staff; ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery; and overseeing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures treatment effectiveness, staff competency, and compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Â |

 Education and Experience: |
 ·Current certification as aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. · Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. · Minimum3–5 years of ABA clinical experience. · Minimum1–2 years of supervisory experience in ABA services. · Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. ·Experience supervising BCBAs or managing clinical teams. · Experience in clinic-based or multi-site ABA programs. · Knowledge of insurance-based ABA service delivery and authorization processes. · Training in staff mentorship or leadership development.                                                     |
