Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: From $80,000 per year
$2,500 Signing Bonus

We are seeking a motivated BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0–18. Services include individual therapy, group/social skills training, and educational placement support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct and indirect behavioral assessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Attend treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP meetings, and insurance reviews

• Provide supervision, training, and support to staff and caregivers

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Complete documentation and maintain compliance with professional standards

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (or enrolled in coursework toward certification)

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience supervising or training staff
