The Activity Leader I will help lead assigned activities within designated programs.

Qualifications

• Age requirement, 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or its equivalent required.
• Must have experience in conflict resolution with children and adults.
• Basic knowledge and ability to lead related activities in designed areas.
• Specific knowledge in crafts, sports, games, special events and/or leading group discussions/activities related to the program.
• Warm, friendly personality and willingness to work/play with children.
• Understands and accepts the YMCA’s goals and philosophy.

Completion of all position-specific and required YMCA training within established deadlines.
