Senior BASE24-eps Engineer

We are looking for an experiencedSenior BASE24-eps Engineer with a minimum of5+ years' hands-on ACI BASE24-eps experience to work within a high-volume banking and payments environment.

You will support, troubleshoot and maintain a business-critical BASE24-eps environment while also developing, customising and enhancing payment functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide hands-onL2/L3 production support for BASE24-eps
• Investigate and resolve payment transaction failures and production incidents
• PerformRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Develop, customise, configure and enhanceBASE24-eps
• SupportATM, POS, EFT and card payment processing
• Troubleshootauthorisation, routing, switching, settlement and reconciliation
• Support interfaces withVisa, Mastercard, payment networks and host banking systems
• Monitor system health, performance and transaction processing
• Support releases, deployments, upgrades and payment scheme changes
• Participate in testing and implementation of BASE24-eps enhancements
• Support high availability, DR and failover activities
• Work within a24x7 production support environment
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, QA and payments teams

What we're looking for:

• Minimum5+ years' hands-on BASE24-eps experience
• Strong BASE24-epsproduction support experience
• Hands-on BASE24-epsdevelopment/customization experience
• Strong knowledge ofpayment switching and card transaction processing
• Experience withATM/POS acquiring and EFT
• Understanding of theend-to-end card transaction lifecycle
• Experience troubleshooting high-volume payment environments
• Strong Incident, Problem and Change Management experience
• Banking or Financial Services experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
