Bar Supervisor

BAR SUPERVISOR

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service excellence, and supporting the development of a high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Supervise daily bar operations and beverage service.
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar support team members.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and luxury service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock controls, and ordering processes.
• Support special events, private functions, and VIP experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Support the Beverage Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service standards.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Beverage certifications such as WSET, BarSmarts, or equivalent is an asset.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Passion for luxury brands and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events.

Salary: USD$10.00 - USD$12.00 per hour + gratuities
