Bar Manager - Multiple Locations

About the Opportunity

Finney Hospitality Group is looking for experienced Bar Managers to lead beverage operations across our growing family of restaurant concepts, including The Tap and Social Cantina.

We're looking for leaders who know how to build strong teams, create great guest experiences, and run a successful bar. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your bar program, develop your team, and make a meaningful impact on your restaurant's success.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff
• Oversee daily bar operations, service standards, and guest experience
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, costs, and profitability
• Maintain consistent quality, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service
• Partner with restaurant leadership to improve performance and drive sales
• Build an engaging, accountable, and team-oriented bar culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar management or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail service
• Experience with inventory management, beverage costs, and labor management
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leader who develops people and leads by example
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000–$57,000 annually
