- Active admission to the Georgia bar for State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts, with CM/ECF filing credentials.
- Ability to travel to courts throughout Georgia as needed.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters.
- Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and senior management.
- Experience collaborating with senior management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bankruptcy/insolvency law representing creditors in a law firm or similar setting.
- Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Review notices, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and respond to written inquiries and disputes.
- Attend and argue motions and hearings before Georgia courts.
- Participate in mediation sessions.
- Advise clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
