Banking IT Project Manager

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT practices align with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of technology deliverables using negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation.
• Lead sprint planning and stand-ups to manage the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex projects into prioritized plans.
• Create visibility into status and progress for the team and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and define mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant IT project management experience.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
