The Bank Branch SR NEW ACCOUNTS/CSR/BANKERis responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Processing all new account transactions.
  • Assisting clients in selecting appropriate accounts and financial services.
  • Actively cross-selling the Bank's products and services.
  • Maintaining and closing all account types, as well as performing branch clerical duties.
  • Promoting business for the Bank by maintaining strong client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff and partners for additional services.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum of 2 years of bank teller experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience opening both consumer and business accounts required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong customer relations experience, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional manner.
  • Sound judgment, high accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as core banking software systems.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Proven sales track record and prior bank branch experience.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - 28.60/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
