Currently, we have aRetail Bank Branch Manager job opportunity with our client-Bank, a community-focused financial institution providing personalized banking, commercial lending, and treasury management solutions to businesses and consumers throughout California. Known for its relationship-based approach and local decision-making and helping clients achieve their financial goals with responsive service and customized financial solutions.

The Retail Bank Branch Manageris responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, and security and safety.
  • Hires, trains, and develops staff.
  • Develops and executes sales strategies and builds strong client relationships.
  • Monitors branch trends.
  • Is responsible for the overall profitability of the branch.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Proven sales ability and documented branch growth.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and strong teamwork, team-building, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees.
  • Active involvement in business-related local community organizations (i.e., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Notary Public certification preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $74,880 - $101,200 salary, plus commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
