IAM Engineer

As anIAM EngineeratBally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Supportthe administration of OneIdentity Manager – monitoring jobs, synchronisation, and platform health – and escalate issues to senior engineers as required.

• Process access requests, joiner-mover-leaver (JML) events, and account changes across OneIdentity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory, and resolve or escalate IAM incidents such as provisioning failures, missing access, and MFA issues.

• Assist with building and testing workflows, connectors, and synchronisation projects, including onboarding merged entities under the M&A integration programme.

• Help maintainRBAC roles, groups, and PAM processes in line with least privilege, and work with HR and IT support to fix identity data quality issues.

• Support accessreviews, attestations, and audits by preparing reports, evidence, and remediation follow-ups.

• Write and maintainPowerShell scripts and automations to reduce manual IAM tasks, with work peer-reviewed by senior engineers.

• Keep IAM documentation current (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles) and follow ITIL incident, request, and change processes.

To thrive in this role, you should meet thesequalifications:

• Experience inIT support, service desk, systems administration, or security, including user, group, and access administration in Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365.

• Scripting experience is required (ideally .NET or PowerShell) – or, as a minimum, a demonstrable understanding of scripting and the ability to read, modify, and debug scripts.

• Experience with anITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and ITIL incident, request, and change processes.

• Preferable: an understanding ofdata logic (how identity data is structured, mapped, and transformed between systems); .NET scripting (VB. NET or C#), used to customise One Identity Manager; SQL; and broader IT experience across infrastructure, networks, or end-user support.

• Nice to have exposure to anIAM/IGA platform (e.g. One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta) – full training will be provided – and to PAM tools (e.g. OneIdentity Safeguard, CyberArk, Azure PIM).

• Knowledge ofcyber security principles, compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, gaming regulation), and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

• AI knowledge, such as using Claude or Microsoft Copilot, writing effective prompts, and understanding the governance of AI agent identities.
