Bail Agent Assistant

Responsibilities:

-Answer the phone

-Return calls from prospective and current clients

-Complete check-ins

-Enter leads/prospects in lead system

-Ensure paperwork has all required signatures

-Organize paperwork

-Quickly answer questions pertaining to the bail process

-Typing proficiency

-Ability to learn new software quickly

-Help obtain essential information to close bonds

-Data entry

Schedule:

-Hourly (non-exempt)

-Full-Time (40 hours are not guaranteed and depends on company needs)

-Flexibility to work any shift during a 24/7/365 schedule

-No holidays guaranteed

Requirements:

-Bilingual (Spanish)

-Type 60 words per minute (We will conduct a test prior to job offer)

-Legible handwriting

-Experienced and comfortable talking to customers on the phone

-Flexibility to work any shift during a 24/7/365 schedule
