Manager, Human Resources - Grand Bahama

The Ministry of Tourism is seeking a dynamic, experienced human resources professional to lead all HR functions at its Grand Bahama office. As a member of the office's management team, you will partner with local leadership and HR headquarters to support the Ministry's operation.In this role, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Grand Bahama office, overseeing employee and labor relations, onboarding and orientation, recruitment support, complaint investigations, and staff communications. You will also maintain employee files and leave records, manage allowances and expenses in coordination with headquarters, coordinate intern rotations, and oversee office operations including government vehicles, supplies, and equipment inventory.The ideal candidate holds a master's degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience. Intermediate knowledge of an HRIS platform such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
