$100,000 Average Annual Gross Pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,950
• $5,000 Bonus
• Occasional layovers with hotel accommodations provided when required

Job Details

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using reefer trailers
• Routes includeNYC boroughs, Long Island, and New Jersey
• Daily NYC deliveries expected
• Approximately20-25 stops per week
• Typically one long load per day, with an additional load when hours permit
• Occasional returns and backhauls
• Approximately1,381 miles per week
• Driver unloads1-3 pallets per stop using an electric/manual pallet jack and liftgate
• Curbside deliveries are common in NYC; NJ deliveries are primarily dock-based
• Support other local accounts as needed

Shift Details

• Home daily
• 5-day workweek with a6th day as needed
• Start times between12:01 AM-1:30 AM
• Off Sunday plus one weekday; weekday off will not be Monday or Saturday
• Split days off
• 12-14 hour shifts
• 6th days required during certain holiday periods
• Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's work are not guaranteed

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum3 months of verifiable truck driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Preferred: At least 3 months of experience delivering in all NYC boroughs
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Strong customer service skills
• No SAP drivers
• Riders not permitted

Equipment & Training

• 46', 48', 51', or 53' reefer trailers
• Automatic day cabs
• Slip-seat operation
• Trucks remain at the account and cannot be taken home
• Uniforms provided
