Job Description: 

HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated Backend Java Developer who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry-leading organization that consistently sets new standards.

Experience and desired skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)
• Minimum 5 years experience using Java + Spring Framework
• Unit Testing
• Cucumber Testing
• Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines 
• Python
• Docker
  
• Postman

What You Will Be Doing

• Alternating between individual and team coding within a source-controlled environment to support collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Working on new and existing projects developed using Java + Angular
  
• Collaborating with other employees to ensure frontend has all the information needed from the backend
• Building web apis to send data to the frontend team
  
• Taking ownership of projects and team responsibilities
• Maintaining organizational websites and optimizing performance levels
• Recommending new technology solutions for digital channels
• Designing, developing, and maintaining high standards for software development

Work Schedule
