- Strong hands-onBackend / Full-Stack Engineer
- Python, Java, TypeScript, React
- Experience withAWS and distributed systems
- AWS serverless:Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB
- Experience building and supportingproduction systems
- Understanding ofrisk, compliance, accuracy, and auditability
- AI/LLM experience — AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, RAG is a strong plus
- Able toramp up quickly, own features end-to-end, and ship fast
