Job Description
- Experience developing and supporting Java-based applications and backend services.
- Full-stack development experience, with a robust emphasis on front-end development for the team discussed.
- Ability to work across application components and support integrations with other services and consumers.
- Python experience is beneficial but is not a mandatory requirement if the candidate otherwise meets the core qualifications.
- Experience working with AWS services.
- Database knowledge and experience supporting data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with backend integrations and related infrastructure is beneficial.
- Experience with development testing practices and appropriate testing tools.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring and observability tools, including Honeycomb, or comparable technologies.
- A willingness to consider candidates with experience using alternative tools rather than restricting the search to one specific platform.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, including Claude and GitHub Copilot.
- An understanding of modern development practices and the ability to incorporate relevant tools into established workflows.
