We are seeking an experiencedBackend Developer with strong expertise in.NET Core 10,REST API development,Microservices, andAzure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Candidates with experience in theLife Insurance domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using.NET Core 10.
- Build high-performanceRESTful APIs and backend services.
- DevelopMicroservices-based applications following best architectural practices.
- ImplementEntity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL for efficient data access.
- ApplyCQRS andRepository Design Pattern to build clean and maintainable applications.
- Write and execute unit test cases usingNUnit.
- Develop and deploy applications usingAzure Cloud Services.
- Work withAzure Functions,Azure App Services,Azure Active Directory (Azure AD),Azure SQL Database, andAzure Blob Storage.
- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot production issues.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in.NET Core 10 (or latest .NET Core versions)
- Hands-on experience inREST API Development
- Strong knowledge ofEntity Framework Core,LINQ, andSQL Server
- Experience inMicroservices Architecture
- Experience implementingCQRS andRepository Design Pattern
- Unit Testing usingNUnit
- Strong understanding ofObject-Oriented Programming (OOP),SOLID Principles, and backend architecture
- Experience withGit andAzure DevOps
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills
- Insurance Domain Experience (Mandatory)
Good to Have
- Experience inLife Insurance domain
- Exposure to insurance platforms likeCoreSuite (Sapiens), LifeNet, orHomeOffice
- Experience withCI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps orGitHub Actions
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
