Requirements & Process Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for settlement systems consolidation and migration, translating them into functional specifications and process workflows aligned with technology and operational needs.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with operations, technology teams and other relevant partners to ensure accurate interpretation of settlement requirements and smooth delivery of solutions.
Settlement Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze end-to-end settlement processes (trade capture, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, exception handling) to identify inefficiencies, reduce breaks, and improve straight-through processing (STP) rates.
Testing & Validation
Project & Program Management
Support and manage strategic projects across business units from initiation to delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
Facilitate governance routines including steering committees and management updates.
Business & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with senior executives, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.
