BA/PM Performance Support
Location - NYC (Hybrid 3 Days On-Site)
Length - 6-12 Months
Job Description
- - Industry experience with public market asset management
- - Investment Management performance experience
- - Experience with FactSet and Aladdin (preferred)
- - Solution design experience, including Future State Target Operating Model (TOM)
- - Prior experience with change initiatives, large-scale implementations, and transformation programs
- - Familiarity with GIPS
- - Ability to work across global locations and teams, and coordinate deliverables effectively
- - Experience coordinating testing, validations, and technical discussions
- - Understanding of technology flows, including cloud-based sharing infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, file-sharing solutions) and internal dashboards
- - Ability to work with vendor partners and the program office to ensure functional deliverables are tracked, reported, and escalated as needed
- - Experience preparing functional updates (e.g., PPT decks, runbooks, documentation)
