Candidates with experience limited to BRD documentation, JIRA, QA, or coordination roles without hands‐on capital markets and quantitative knowledge will not be considered.

Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced 6- 10 years ofBusiness Analyst with strongFixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise to supporttrade processing, risk management, and front‐to‐back trading systems. The role requires a blend ofbusiness analysis, quantitative skills, and stakeholder management, with responsibility for deliveringmedium to large‐scale initiatives in a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadbusiness analysis and solution design forFixed Income products includingbonds, derivatives, and exotics
• Work directly withSales, Traders, Business Managers, and Department Heads to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Demonstrate strong understanding offront‐to‐back trade lifecycle:
  • Deal capture
  • Downstream processing
  • P&L
  • Risk management
  • Accounting and settlements
• Ownend‐to‐end delivery including functional design, development coordination, testing, implementation, and user support
• Identify business and system risks andpropose mitigation strategies with clear business impact analysis
• Lead and mentorBusiness Analysts and support delivery across distributed teams and time zones

Required Skills & Expertise

• StrongFixed Income derivatives knowledge from a Front Office perspective
• Proven experience inTrade Processing and Risk Management systems
• Ability tomanually calculate P&L and explain risk concepts
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with comfort innumber‐driven analysis
• Working knowledge ofFixed Income, FX, and Money Market products
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively withtechnical and non‐technical teams, including remote colleagues
