Job Description: Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets
Experience: 10–12 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Domain: Investment Banking / Capital Markets
Role Summary
Mphasis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience inCapital Markets and Investment Banking to drive requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, FSD, User Stories).
Perform requirement elicitation, gap analysis, impact analysis, and process modelling.
Work with business, technology, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
Support Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Create process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
Manage stakeholder communication and support solution design.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge ofCapital Markets, Investment Banking, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle.
Understanding of financial products:Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, Options, Swaps.
Knowledge of risk concepts and Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta) is preferred.
Hands-on experience withBRD/FRD/FSD, User Stories, UAT, Agile/Scrum.
Good SQL knowledge and experience with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).

Preferred

Experience in BFSI/Investment Banking projects.
Certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF, CBAP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
