TradeWorX is hiring on behalf of an established industry partner specializing in technology-driven marketing, lead generation, and business growth solutions for companies across multiple industries.
Our partner works with businesses nationwide, including construction and skilled trades, healthcare, legal, and professional services, helping them attract new customers, increase revenue, and streamline business operations through innovative technology and marketing strategies.
We are seeking an experiencedB2B Sales Representative / Account Executive who knows how to build relationships, communicate value, and close business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking for a strong base salary, qualified leads, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to build long-term recurring commission income.
Earn a $60,000 guaranteed base salary PLUS 10% lifetime monthly recurring commissions on the business you close!
Pay & Benefits
- $60,000 guaranteed annual base salary
- 10% lifetime residual commission on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from clients you close
- Uncapped commission and earning potential
- Approximately 5–7 qualified sales opportunities provided daily

- Contact and follow up with qualified prospective customers
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present technology, digital marketing, lead generation, and business growth solutions
- Identify customer needs, develop proposals, and close new business
- Manage sales activity, pipeline, and follow-up through the company CRM
- Develop additional opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
- B2B, technology, marketing, SaaS, or professional services sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to manage company-provided leads while developing additional sales opportunities
- Must be available to work on-site in the Salt Lake City area for the first 90 days
This is a full-time, W-2 direct-hire opportunity with a TradeWorX industry partner.
The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with the first 90 days spent on-site for hands-on training and development. Strong performers may qualify for a hybrid schedule following the initial training period.
