Pay Range: $100 - $110/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will oversee the Partner Experiences and Events portfolio, with the role split approximately 60% event execution and 40% general marketing activities.
  • Manage the partner experiences and events portfolio across major annual touchpoints.
  • Lead event execution and coordinate cross-functional working groups.
  • Partner with external event execution agencies
  • Provide strategic input and sound judgment on experiential elements, including show flow, catering, and overall event experience.
  • Manage project tracking and planning using internal tools, primarily client.
  • Support general marketing activities in addition to event execution.
  • Travel approximately 10% domestically for events and related activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise events.
  • Strong preference for candidates with an in-house events/marketing background.
  • Experience managing cross-functional working groups.
  • Experience working with external event execution agencies.
  • Strong event judgment and ability to make decisions around experiential elements such as show flow and catering.
  • Experience managing large-scale partner or enterprise events.
  • Ability to balance event execution with broader marketing responsibilities.
