Pay Range: $31/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality.
  • Follow up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
  • Adhere to standard purchasing business processes.
  • Proactively drive and ensure timely delivery/shipment of parts from suppliers, resolving shipment and billing issues.
  • Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration and manage pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts.
  • Negotiate and execute purchase orders and RFQs to achieve the lowest cost while considering quality and urgency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve supply issues effectively.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A solid understanding of the industry’s key business drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex information to others.
