Internships will run from mid-May to early August. Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September. 

These arein-office internships onsite at our West Des Moineslocated at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Providesaccurate estimates for assignedunit of development. 

• Demonstratesability to resolve routine programming issues. 

• Documents own code andproduces technical design documentation with guidance from senior members. 

• Develops small tomedium-size applications. 

• Performs application testing toassure delivery meets the user’s requirements.  

• Assists project managers in conducting fact-findings, which will result in the formulation and definition of the system scope andobjectives for developing ormodifying information software applications. 

• Follows and adheresof internal policies and procedures (standards,controls and metrics). 

• Basic understanding of coding best practices 

Qualifications and Experience:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Ability to interpret detailed project specifications and business requirements to develop program logic and code. 

• Demonstrates basic understanding of Project Management and SDLC processes. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance. 

• Process and detail oriented with the ability to grasp complex business workflows and processes. 

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 

• C#,.Net MVC, Angular, AWS/Azure cloud experience a plus 

BONUS EXPERIENCE (Not Required) 

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, generative AI, machine learning, or large language models. 

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools—such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools—or working with AI services and APIs, such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services, or OpenAI APIs.
