WHAT YOU WILLDO : 

• Advise customers on ordering,delivery and complaint process 

• Manage customer orders and monitorthere fulfillment 

• Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers 

• Register and manage customer complaints  

WE AREEXPECTING: 

• Fluent German (C1) 

• Good knowledge of English (B2) 

• The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships 

• Good communication 

• Capacity to quick adaption to a new situation 

• IS/ITsystems knowledge
