OverviewĀ
TheSeniorHealthcare Data Analyst provides data analysis support to the customer byis responsible for converting vendor-provided file specifications, layouts, and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation that aligns source data elements with Enterprise DataPlatform (EDP) structures and applicable business rules. Serving as a liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, this role helps ensure data is properly integrated, transformed, validated, and delivered within the enterprise analytics ecosystem.This position supports data quality and data stewardship functions to maintain data accuracy. As a subject matter expert, theSeniorHealthcare Data Analyst uses analytic skills to offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.Ā

EducationĀ
Bachelor's Degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field (Required)Ā

Certification/LicensureĀ
No specific certification or licensure requirements.Ā

ExperienceĀ
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data mapping, ETL, data warehouse, or related data environments.Ā
Must have advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation,Databricks.Ā
Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications.Ā
Ability to interpret source system documentation, file specifications, data dictionaries and requirements.Ā
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools.Ā
Looking for someone with experience solving business problems with data.Ā
Experience supporting QA, UAT, production implementation, and post-deployment validation activities.Ā
Experience working with healthcare, payer, claims, enrollment, provider, or other regulated data domains.Ā
Ability to communicate findings clearly with operational, clinical, finance, or executive stakeholders.Ā
