The Opportunity 

This position supports our Madison, WI locations within the Cancer Diagnostics business. 

As a Dishwasher,you'll helpmaintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas.You'll support day-to-day food service operations through strong attention to cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and hospitality. 

What You'll Work On 

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items to support continuous food service operations. 

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, preparation stations, cook stations, and other food-service work areasin accordance with sanitation and safety standards. 

• Maintain clean floors and waste areas by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, rinsing garbage cans, and responding promptly to spills or broken items. 

• Supportadditional cleaning and sanitization needs while providing professional, service-focused support to employees, customers, and team members. 

• Follow food-service safety, sanitation, Quality Management System, attendance, and workplace procedures while contributing effectively in a fast-paced team environment. 

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including internet navigation, email, and word processing. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. 

• Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability towork a designated schedule, including nights and/or weekends, and overtime as needed. 

• Ability to stand for approximately 90% of a typical working day and lift up to 40 pounds for approximately 20% of a typical working day. 

• Ability to perform physical tasks including grasping, pinching, turning, and reaching above shoulder height. 

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship anddemonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 

• One (1) or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. 

• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
