People Rewards Manager - Southern Europe

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused People Local Rewards to support rewards operations across Southern Europe (primarily France, Spain and oversee Italy).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver reward processes and annual reward cycles across Southern Europe.
• Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global reward projects.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation survey data.
• Partner with external benefits providers and brokers.
• Collaborate with Local People Partners, People Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Works Councils.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Provide reward advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification across reward operations.

Your Profile

• University degree in human resources, business or related degree
• 10 years plus of C&B experience in a multinational company, tech industry experience preferred, or a consulting company with excellent knowledge of local laws
• Knowledge in C&B areas like market pricing, C&B systems and/or process development, job evaluation, pay planning, benefits program design & administration
• Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels
• Should be able to work with ambiguity, be independent and willing to take initiatives, challenges and responsibilities
• Advanced analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
