UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group.Started in 2021 with technology application design,development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
Responsible for day-to-day running of the iH2ID Admin operations & raise any potential concerns to Reporting Manager before they become issues.Â
MajorPlatform: Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400, Database–Managing business application, security administration,Security AdministratorÂ
Manager to subscribe with the correct role and enablement based on the role– IT admin will enable on manual activationÂ
Access is only forProd,UAT andMockRun environment – to also cover RDRÂ
Conduct periodic checks to ensure that Access Matrices & Limit Memosreferred to by the teamareup to dateÂ
Responsible for the overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to users
Responsible for coaching, supervising,appraising, andmonitoring the performance of the team
Responsible for the team’s capacity planning and addressing training needs asappropriate
Responsible for the team’s KPIs, periodic risk and controlassessments, and corrective actions
Responsible formaintaining up-to-date BCP requirements
Work withthe Reporting Manager to ensure SOP & administrative procedures/guidelines are keptup to date
Take on projects/assignments asand whenrequired
Job RequirementsÂ
No. of years ofrelatedexperience:7- >9 years Â
Skillsets:Preferred a combination of qualifications & at least 3-5 years of experience inID administrative role with at least3 years in a supervisory capacity.Â
Strong communication,interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to planand manage ateam, and overseeday-to-day operations.Â
