We are looking for aSourcing Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will source overseas hard goods and ASI product offerings, prepare accurate pricing and shipping information, and support the sales team with product recommendations, closeout opportunities, and marketing materials. You will build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the business consistently wins profitable work while delivering excellent service.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in product data, pricing, and vendor documentation.

• Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies sourcing gaps and resolves pricing, supply, or vendor issues efficiently.

• Sourcing & Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of overseas hard goods sourcing, vendor negotiation, and the promotional products industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Build strong and lasting relationships with internal clients and the associated vendor base 

• Manage the vendor base to ensure that contractual compliance and financial efficiency 

• Negotiatesappropriate costs and deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure best profit margin for the products are achieved 

• Assist the sales teams on all product needs they may have, sourcing, pricing and problem solving 

• Activities include quoting spot and longer-term business using negotiated programs with preferred suppliers, negotiatingadditional advantages on spot deals with preferred suppliers or developing new suppliers outside those programs as necessary 

• Assist the sales teams by gathering information on market trends, developments, and industry happenings 

• This position works directly with our suppliers and vendors to continually improve margins while meeting costing targets and sales goals 

• Initiates and builds strong relationships internally and with vendor partners 

• Provides excellent internal customer service 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education:High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or a related role. (In-depth industry experience in promotional products, hard goods sourcing, or a related field is preferred but not required.)

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule:Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs)

  • Familiarity with promotional industry sourcing/pricing platforms such as ASI, ESP, Sage, Commonsku, or Syncore is an advantage

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and vendor-coordination skills

• Salary Range:PHP 35,000 - 40,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
